What makes your services different and special from the rest?

Our services are executed by our own staff in company uniforms and they are regularly trained to create experiences and add value for our customers. We do not outsource our core services. We do everything possible to provide services with a heart.

Do your services cover the entire city?

Yes, we provide services all over the city from our offices in Ekkattuthangal and OMR. Only in extreme outskirts, we charge extra transportation charges.

What are your service guarantees?

Our services are designed from the view point of our customers. So, we have inbuilt systems to protect them – such as redoing a service in case they are not satisfied with our work. More of our guarantees are available in the menu section.

For house cleaning, why do you insist on inspecting our place before quoting your price?

We do this to be fair to our customers and ourselves. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all type of approach and we like to see and understand for ourselves the specific needs of our customers. The inspection also helps us in determining the type of cleaning materials to be used. Besides, the work involved varies vastly from place to place - even if they measure the same square feet area. We do not charge for inspection.

How do you ensure that all parts of my home / office are cleaned?

We prepare a checklist of items and places to be cleaned in the office or home prior to commencement of the work. At close of work, our customers are requested to go through the list and ensure all aspects of the checklist have been taken care of.

What cleaning materials do you use?

We use plant and enzyme based green cleaning products in all our cleaning jobs. For taps, glasses, tiles, kitchen, floors etc., we use uniquely different products. We shun chemical based acids and any other chemical based cleaning agents. We are the only cleaning company to be on this trajectory.

How many cleaning staff will be assigned for a job?

This depends on the service requirement. For example, we send 2 or 3 of our cleaning professionals for deep cleaning of an office or home measuring about 750 sq ft and 3 or more in the case of a 1000 sq ft office. More people are deployed in case of larger spaces and deeper cleaning. For cleaning a few toilets one person is usually more than enough.

How do I make payment for your services?

We accept payment by cheque or internet banking. Cash payments are accepted if that is the only option for a customer.

What if I need something that is not on your checklist?

We will be happy to perform other services not shown in our list of services. We like to customize services. So kindly discuss with our customer service executives regarding the work to be done, the extra costs involved etc.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Canceling a job within 18 hours of the appointed date will entail payment of 50% of the quoted price by the customer.


Regular temperature checks


We check the temperatures of our staff every morning and also before entering our customers’s place.

Transport in company vehicles


We ensure our staff commute to office and to our customer’s home is only via the company vehicle.

Handy hand washes


Each of our staff members will carry an individual hand wash.

Personal protection equipment


Our staff is protected by the Personal Protection Equipment that includes full gown,face mask and hand gloves.

Sanitized tools and equipments


We disinfect all equipment twice every day, once before leaving to the customer’s place and once after finishing the job.

No service in containment zones


We confirm a service only after ensuring that no one at customer’s place is down with the virus.
