House Cleaning
Deep cleaning a house involves thorough and detailed cleaning of all areas, visible to the human eye. Here’s what you can expect:
- Hall: Cobweb removal, sweeping, mopping, furniture dusting, sofa and curtain dry vacuuming, windows & doors cleaning, cleaning of TV unit etc.
- Bedrooms: Furniture dusting, mattress vacuuming, cupboard exterior cleaning, cobweb removal, cleaning fans and electrical fittings, cleaning doors and windows.
- Kitchen: Chimney and exhaust fan cleaning, gas stove, hob, induction cleaning, countertops, cupboard exterior cleaning, kitchen sink cleaning, doors and windows cleaning etc.
- Toilets: Cleaning of commode, taps, showers, other fittings, sweeping, and mopping
- Living Areas: TV and appliance cleaning, windows, doors, and grills cleaning, mirror and glass surfaces wiping
- General Areas: Fan and light dusting, sofa, curtains, and carpet vacuuming, balcony cleaning, electrical fixtures cleaning

The primary difference between Deep cleaning and Premium cleaning lies in the thoroughness and details of the service:
- Deep Cleaning This is, cleaning all parts of the house from outside, or simply put, cleaning every part of the house visible to the human eye.
- Premium Cleaning This involves deep cleaning of the entire house, including inside cup-boards, lofts, modular kitchen drawers, etc. This is cleaning, as thorough as it can get. No part of the house is left out.
We pay a much higher price for ensuring high quality services. For example:
- If customers are not happy with any aspect of our work, we send people again for rework, no questions asked.
- We have trained, experienced cleaning staff in company uniforms to do cleaning works. We do not outsource. Besides, we have enough Customer Care Executives to interact with our customers.
- The cleaning tools and materials we use in our cleaning conform to world standards. For instance, the tools used by us are from the German cleaning company called Unger.
- There are other factors such as our experience of 24 years and tried-and-tested processes.
Customers may feel unhappy initially, looking at our price, but realize after getting our service that the value they get is much higher than the price they pay.
Floor Polishing
Buffing and polishing are both methods to restore the shine and smoothness of floors, but they serve different purposes:
Buffing: This process is appropriate for floors which already have a high degree of shine and smoothness. It involves using a machine with a soft pad to remove light scratches and dirt from the surface, making the floor more shiny and clean. It is less intensive than polishing and is suitable for regular maintenance.
Polishing: Polishing involves using a machine with a more abrasive pad or compound to remove a thin layer of the floor’s surface. This helps to eliminate deeper scratches and restore the floor’s original luster and smoothness. It is a more thorough process than buffing.
The cost of mosaic floor polishing in Chennai generally is about Rs. 18 per square foot. The final price can depend on factors such as the condition of the floor, the area to be polished, chipping or holes in the floors and any specific requirements you might have. It’s best to get a detailed quote based on your specific needs. Quote is given after an inspection by our Floor polishing technicians.
The Process involved in the polishing is given below:
1. Cleaning the floor thoroughly before commencement of polishing.
2. Prepare the floor for flattening. This part of restoration involves lippage removal or flattening. It consists of grinding and leveling floor. This step removes all ledges, roughness and brings flatness to marble floors. Also, this step can remove the deepest scratches and stains.
3. Hone the floor. Honing is smoothening the mosaic floor further, with industrial diamonds, which brings up more shine and smoothness to the marble.
4. Polish the floor. Polishing gives semi-shining or shining effect to the floor.
Polishing is done by industrial diamonds, but smaller graded, than the ones used while honing.
5. Crystallize the floor. Crystallization is a method of marble floor finishing. It brings “mirror like” shine by chemical application by means of a powder on the surface of marble. Crystallization also creates a coating of micro film on the surface of the marble, and helps to preserve the color and the brightness of the marble. Unsealed Marble is a semi porous material that can collect dirt and grime, as well as staining easily when liquids are spilled.
The process is repeated several times, using different grades of industrial diamonds or grids, making the floors progressively smoother and shinier.
After polishing with grids, the process is again repeated, this time using different types of smooth pads.
Our services are executed by our own staff in company uniforms and they are regularly trained to create experiences and add value for our customers. We do not outsource our core services. We do everything possible to provide services with a heart.
Yes, we provide services all over the city from our offices in Ekkattuthangal and OMR. Only in extreme outskirts, we charge extra transportation charges.
Our services are designed from the view point of our customers. So, we have inbuilt systems to protect them – such as redoing a service in case they are not satisfied with our work. More of our guarantees are available in the menu section.
We do this to be fair to our customers and ourselves. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all type of approach and we like to see and understand for ourselves the specific needs of our customers. The inspection also helps us in determining the type of cleaning materials to be used. Besides, the work involved varies vastly from place to place – even if they measure the same square feet area. We do not charge for inspection.
We prepare a checklist of items and places to be cleaned in the office or home prior to commencement of the work. At close of work, our customers are requested to go through the list and ensure all aspects of the checklist have been taken care of.
We use plant and enzyme based green cleaning products in all our cleaning jobs. For taps, glasses, tiles, kitchen, floors etc., we use uniquely different products. We shun chemical based acids and any other chemical based cleaning agents. We are the only cleaning company to be on this trajectory.
This depends on the service requirement. For example, we send 2 or 3 of our cleaning professionals for deep cleaning of an office or home measuring about 750 sq ft and 3 or more in the case of a 1000 sq ft office. More people are deployed in case of larger spaces and deeper cleaning. For cleaning a few toilets one person is usually more than enough.
We accept payment by cheque or internet banking. Cash payments are accepted if that is the only option for a customer.
We will be happy to perform other services not shown in our list of services. We like to customize services. So kindly discuss with our customer service executives regarding the work to be done, the extra costs involved etc.
Canceling a job within 18 hours of the appointed date will entail payment of 50% of the quoted price by the customer.
