Towards the end of 2014, while discussing with our core team about Service Square's uniqueness and how we wish to be perceived in the market place, every member of the team was unanimous that our customers almost always gave us very high marks for the way our teams created experiences for them. Our team members used words like 'feeling', 'commitment', 'experience', 'smile' etc., to describe how we stood out.
It was around that time that one of us came across Carlos Castaneda's quote: "Look at every path closely and deliberately. Try it as many times as you think necessary. Then ask yourself alone, one question . . . Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; if it doesn't it is of no use. "Service with a heart" was born in that instant.
What "Service with a heart" means for us is:
